Information about product shipment:

Shipment costs
All orders within the European Union are shipped with UPS Standard service. We charge the following fixed shipping rates;

- The Netherlands: € 8,95
- Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg: € 9,75
- Denmark, England, France, Italy, Monaco, Scotland, Wales: € 13,50
- Czech Republic, Poland: € 14,50
- Austria, Finland, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden: € 18,50
- Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia: € 21,50

These UPS rates are in euros, excluding VAT, per order.

Delivery Time
Each product page shows the estimated delivery time. Products with a 24 hour delivery time are shipped the same day, if ordered and paid for before 12:00. The total transit time of a UPS Standard shipment depends on the specific destination country. UPS shipments are delivered on working days (Monday till Friday).

COD Shipments
When the COD (Cash On Delivery) shipment method is used the total order amount must be paid in cash to the UPS driver on delivery. UPS COD shipments are available to all European Union countries. A fixed surcharge of € 9,95 excl. VAT is added to each COD order. The maximum total order amount is € 4.000.

International Shipments within the European Union
Our products can be shipped to all EU countries. International orders are shipped by UPS. For international shipments to EU countries we charge fixed rates (see above). Products can also be shipped using the "UPS Express Plus", "UPS Express" or "UPS Express Saver" services at additional cost.

International Shipments outside the European Union
Our products can also be shipped to countries outside the EU. International orders from outside the EU are shipped with UPS. For shipping rates or more information please contact us.

Shipment within The Netherlands
Products are shipped within The Netherlands by UPS. Once a product has been shipped you will receive a confirmation by e-mail including the Track&Trace information. Shipments are delivered the next working day. If nobody is available to collect the shipment the carrier will leave a message. You can contact the carrier for a second delivery.

PO Box shipments
Products cannot be shipped to a PO Box address.

Transport Damage
If you should receive a shipment which has been damaged or opened during transport please report this to the carrier right away. Also contact us to report the transport damage.

If transport damage is not reported by the receiver on delivery the damage will be the receivers responsibility.
